The Akim's Office of the Bokeikhan Rural District, guided by Articles 5-8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", by the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Combating Corruption dated October 19, 2016, No. 12 "On Approval of Model Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks", presents the following information.
State institution №12185-1315 of the akim of the Kurmangazy district dated Decmber 01, 2022 carries out its activities in accordance with the Rules of the state institution of the apparatus of the akim of the Bokeikhan rural district of the Kurmangazy district of the Atyrau region. The district has 6 full-time government employees. During the reporting period, 5 full-time civil servants work for the second half of 2022.

In the work of the office of the akim of the rural district of Bokeikhan concerning the activities of regulatory legal acts during the internal analysis of corruption risks, discretionary powers and norms that contribute to the commission of an offense were not identified.
In accordance with the orders of the minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301:

The number of issued orders for the second half of 2022 – 77, the number of decisions -18. all public services were carried out in accordance with approved standards and regulations, were not performed ahead of the time of public services rendered.
In the second half of 2022, 18 applications were received by the office of the akim of the rural district of Bokeikhan, 14 from a private person, 10 of them were satisfied, explanatory work was carried out on 4 applications. 4 applications were received from the legal entity, 2 of them were satisfied, explanatory work was carried out on 2 application. A box for accepting applications is installed in a specially designated area of the district building and the telephone number of the 6-15-35 helpline is indicated.
In order to prevent corruption offense in our district, it has been explained, distributed a memo on the topic "Corruption is a disease of society", "If you take a a bribe today, you will go to jail tomorrow", "Don't give and don't take bribe", "Be true to yourself", "One bribe, two criminals", "Allowing corruption destroys the future of a generation". On the creation of the project office "Atyrau Adaldyk Alany" in the building of the rural district, memos with data on this project are hung in a prominent place.
In order to widely disseminate information and information about the projects "Atyrau adaldyk alany", "Antikor", "Antikor Live" among the villagers, a video with the consequences of corruption and the words of great personalities was posted on the Facebook page. In addition, in order to create an atmosphere of "zero tolerance" for corruption. in the building of the district today in a prominent place hang memos "do not give bribes, do not take bribes", "one bribe-two criminals", "corruption-the end of the axe in the future of generations". A video was posted on the social network Facebook with the aim of calling on the public to be active in suppressing giving and receiving bribes.
On Facebook, the Internet resource of the district administration published an article on the topic "interactive map of open budgets" on combating corruption and in accordance with the media plan for the formation of an anti-corruption culture for 2022 in the district socio-political newspaper "Serper" and on the social network "Facebook" on the topic "disease of society"on the Internet resource of the district administration.
The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in order to prevent corruption and form an anti-corruption culture in society on December 9 -in connection with the International Anti-Corruption Day, an edition was published on the social network "Facebook". Posters "Corruption is the great epidemic of our time", "No corruption", "Are you taking bribes now? Later, your children will be forced to pay bribes", "Prison is not suitable for anyone", "Listen your mind, not to money " are hanging in a prominent place today.
In the Akim's Office of the Bokeikhan Rural District, among civil servants, employees of the club, as well as among employees of the secondary school named after F.Ongarsynova, in order to implement the message of the head of state K. Tokayev of the 88th article of the National Law on the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Policy Concept for 2022- In 2026, information and explanatory work was carried out with the Agency and in accordance with the assignment for its implementation.
In order to clarify, meetings, meetings among villagers on prevention, suppression of corruption, a round table was held on the topic: "Corruption is a disease of society".
According to the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks conducted by the akimat of the Bokeikhan rural District, no discretionary powers and norms contributing to the commission of an offense were revealed.
