On the results of an internal study on the fight against corruption in the Kurmangazinsky district department of agriculture and land relations for the second half of the year 2022.

The district department of agriculture and land relations carries out its activities in accordance with the resolution of the akimat of the Kurmangazinsky district dated January 14, 2019 No. 6 “On approval of the Regulations of the municipal state institution “Kurmangazinsky district department of agriculture and land relations”. In accordance with the order of the akim of the Kurmangazinsky district, the staffing of the department is 9 units. There were no complaints from civil servants. On the approval of public service standards, public services are provided as follows: 1) Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms manufactured on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, land reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special off-road vehicles; issuance of certificates - 80; 2) Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special off-road vehicles of the registration document (duplicate) and state license plate - 89; 3) Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms manufactured on their basis, trailers for them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, trailers for them, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles 0; 4) Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers for them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, trailers for them, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special off-road vehicles inspection - 217; 5) Issuance of a permit for the use of a land plot for survey work -7; 6) Approval of the land management project - 331 7) Permission to change the purpose of the land plot - 32; 8) Definition of divisibility and indivisibility of land - 20; 9) Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, not requiring tenders (tenders, auctions) - 2; 10) Putting on the queue for obtaining a land plot - 54; 11) Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a settlement - 167 As of the second half of 2022, the department provided 999 public services. Appeals from individuals and legal entities were considered in a timely manner; no complaints were received from the applicants. To receive an application from citizens, a special box is installed in the department, as well as a helpline 2-01-53. There were no facts of negative understanding between the head and employees, as well as a conflict of interest related to other issues regarding the organizational and managerial activities of the department, the department's employees work stably, personnel instability was not detected. In accordance with the letter of the republican state institution of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in Atyrau region, in order to prevent the negative consequences of corruption, leaflets were posted in the department in Kazakh and Russian. In the course of the internal analysis of the State Institution “Construction Department of the Kurmangazinsky District” to identify corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the department, risks contributing to the commission of corruption offenses were not identified.
