On the provision of social support measures to specialists in the framework of the program "With a diploma in the village" in the Kurmangazinsky district.
Today it is known that the shortage of personnel in rural areas is one of the problems. In this regard, the state has been organizing the program "with a diploma – to the village" in support of young professionals since 2009. The main goal of this program is to provide settlements with important professions in the field of education, health, culture, sports, veterinary medicine, and reduce the number of unemployed youth.
Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 183 dated February 18, 2009 "On determining the amount of provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of health care, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural localities"By Resolution No. 72 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 "On approval of the Rules for providing social support measures to specialists in the field of health care, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural localities, civil servants of the offices of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts"lifting allowances and budget loans for the purchase of housing are provided to support specialists who have arrived in our district.
As a result, in the period from 2009 to 2022 518 specialists, 497 lifting allowances 85 358,5 thousand tenge, 155 budget loan for housing purchase Social support measures were provided in the amount of 417,441. 0 thousand tenge.
For wholesale allowances:
- 310 specialists in the field of education 54,472. 4 thousand tenge
- 18,495,600 tenge for 125 healthcare professionals
- 168.1 thousand tenge for 1 social security specialist
- 2498.7 thousand tenge for 12 specialists in the field of culture
- 12 specialists in the field of sports 2721.4 thousand tenge
- 35 specialists in the field of agro-industrial complex in the amount of 6389.7 thousand tenge
- Civil servants of rural districts for 2 specialists 612.6 thousand tenge.
On a budget loan for the purchase of housing:
- 91 specialists in the field of education 228 641.8 thousand tenge
- 42 healthcare professionals in the amount of 111,776.0 thousand tenge
- 9 specialists in the field of culture in the amount of 32,684.1 thousand tenge
- 2 specialists in the field of sports 6,298. 0 thousand tenge
- 11 specialists in the field of agro-industrial complex in the amount of 38,041.0 thousand tenge.
Social assistance from the state is provided in the form of:
(306,300 tenge in 2022);
(In 2022, 4,594,500 tenge).
In the district budget for 2022 Lifting allowance for 45 specialists 13 784.0 thousand tenge and from the national budget 9 specialists 41 351,0 thousand tenge.
In addition, the district budget for 2023 provides for a lifting allowance in the amount of 13 800.0 thousand tenge for 40 specialists and for 10 specialists from the republican budget 51,750. 0 thousand tenge notifies that a budget loan is planned for the purchase or construction of housing.
