Information on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of the State Institution "Department of Economics and Finance of Kurmangazinsky district of Atyrau region" I half of 2022.
In accordance with Article 7-8 of the Law of the Republic "On Combating Corruption" and the Order of the Minister of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 "On approval of Standard Rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks", the Department of Economics and Finance of Kurmangazinsky district of Atyrau region provides the following information:
The district Department carries out its activities in accordance with the resolution of the Akimat of Kurmangazinsky district No. 217 dated May 30, 2022 "On approval of the Regulations of the State institution of the Department of Economics and Finance of Kurmangazinsky district of Atyrau region"
In accordance with the resolution of the Akimat of Kurmangazinsky dated December 29, 2021 No. 350 "On approval of the limit of the staffing of the Kurmangazsky district financed from the local budget", the staffing of the department is 8 units, of which the actual number is 7 units.
There is no conflict of interest. There were no complaints from government employees.
When carrying out its activities, the Department of Economics and Finance of the Kurmangazinsky district is guided by the following normative legal acts:

In accordance with the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 No. 72 "On approval of the Rules for providing social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, Civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements" the Department of Economics and Finance provides the following public services:
"Provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural settlements."
According to the results of the first half of 2022, a total of 37 public services were provided by the department:
No facts of violation of deadlines were revealed in the provision of public services.
According to the results of the first half of 2022, there were no appeals from individuals and legal entities addressed to the head of the department.
According to the results of the first half of 2022, 53 orders were adopted by the head, of which: 5 - on the provision of labor leave, 9 - according to the department budget, 19 - on the business trip of department employees, 2 - on hiring, 18 - on the organization of the work of the department.
When making orders, the norms of the Labor Code, the Budget Code and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" were observed
The department has a helpline 871233 2-03-13.
The department prominently displays standards for the provision of public services.
Employees of the department constantly take part in seminars, round tables, as well as post articles and participate in the actions of "Ozinnen Basta" in the district newspaper "Serper".
Every year until March 31, civil servants of the department and their spouses submit a declaration of income and property.
To create an atmosphere of "perfect intolerance", signs were installed in the department building "Giving a bribe deprives freedom and the future", "With every bribe you steal the dreams of our children".
During the analysis of the internal analysis to identify corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the department, the risks contributing to the commission of corruption offenses were not identified.
