Information on conducting an internal anti-corruption analysis
The akim's rural district Birlik pursuant to articles 5-8 of the Law "On combating corruption", the Order of Chairman of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption from 19.10.2016, №12 "On approval of model rules for conducting internal corruption risk analysis" provides the following information:
The office of the akim of the rural district of Birlik, Kurmangazy district, Atyrau region works in accordance with the decree of the Akimat of Kurmangazy district No. 532 of 06.11.2013. The district has 5 full-time government employees. During the reporting period, there are 5 full-time civil servants.
The office of the akim of the rural district of Birlik in its work is guided by the following normative legal acts:

In accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2015 No. 198, the following public services are provided in the district:
In the first half of 2021, the office of the akim of the rural district of Birlik received 16 applications from individuals. Of these, 10 applications from individuals were satisfied, 5 were clarified, 1 application (number08-03-01/596 15.07.2021 letter) was postponed. There were no statements from legal entities.For the first half of 2021, 12 decisions and 75 orders were adopted.
04.05.2021 the office of the akim of the rural district of Birlik in order to form an anti-corruption culture held an information hour on the topic «CORRUPTION IS A DISEASE OF SOCIETY», as well as a book exhibition on the topic «FIGHTING CORRUPTION IS A COMMON CAUSE FOR ALL OF US» was held in the village library.
In order to prevent corruption offenses, explanatory work was carried out in the enterprises of the district, memos were distributed among the population of the district and the heads of peasant farms on the topics: «NO CORRUPTION», «I AM AGAINST CORRUPTION!», «CALL CENTER 1424», «ONE BRIBE – TWO CRIMINALS».
12.05.2021 in order to form an anti-corruption culture, a video was posted on the official facebook page of the Birlik rural district.
In the secondary school named after S. Imashev, class hours were held on the following topics: «What is the right order?» «What is the essence of corruption?» and a stand on the topic «No corruption» has been prepared.
In the work of the akim's rural district Birlik on activities of regulatory legal acts in conducting internal analysis of corruption risks of discretion and standards, contributing to the Commission of the offense is not revealed.
According to the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks conducted by the akimat of the Birlik rural District, no discretionary powers and norms contributing to the commission of an offense were revealed.
