Nurzhau rural district carries out its activities

The office of the akim of the Nurzhau rural district is under constant control and work is underway on measures aimed at limiting and preventing corruption manifestations. In this regard, explanatory work is being carried out in all institutions of the district aimed at preventing corruption, the distribution of printed materials, visual memos aimed at forming an anti-corruption culture in state bodies, healthcare organizations and other social facilities has been established.
The number of requests from individuals and legal entities is 34, in writing-34. Explanations were given to 13 individuals, the appeals of 20 individuals were fully satisfied. Persons who have applied in writing are issued a coupon with a unique number.39 decisions and 102 orders were adopted on regulatory legal acts.
In order to prevent violations in the field of land use, when providing land plots to individuals and legal entities in the district, attention is constantly paid and the prevention of violations of the requirements of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, illegal redistribution of land transferred to private ownership is constantly monitored. There are currently no residents standing in line for land in the district. 4 residents of the district who did not develop the land plot provided for the construction of a residential building in a timely manner, voluntarily returned the land plots to the state in 2021. The contractor who was held liable for non-performance on time under the purchase and sale agreements was not. Contracts concluded by the method of public procurement are executed on the terms. The "ethical code" of civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the standard for the provision of public services, ethical standards of civil servants are posted in the district building. A meeting of specialists on preventing violations of the requirements of the legislation on public service, anti-corruption and the Code of Ethics is being held under the chairmanship of the akim of the district. Questionnaires are filled out from the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption. No civil servants have been brought to disciplinary responsibility for violating the Code of Ethics. There are 3 types of public services provided in the district. Namely: organization of work on free transportation to educational organizations and back home of children living in remote rural areas; Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot; provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the settlement; Through the self-sufficiency corner, 19 types of public services are provided to the population. For 6 months of 2021, 210 services were provided. In March 2021, banners in electronic form promoting the project "Interactive map of Open Budgets" were posted on the district's Facebook page. In the direction of fighting corruption, there are a "helpline" 3-83-09 and a "trust box". For 6 months of 2021, no appeals were received.
