Information on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of the State Institution "Department of Economics and Finance of Kurmangazinsky district of Atyrau region" I half of 2021.
In accordance with Article 7-8 of the Law of the Republic "On Combating Corruption" and the Order of the Minister for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 "On approval of Standard Rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks", the Department of Economics and Finance of the Kurmangazinsky district of Atyrau region provides the following information:
The district department carries out its activities in accordance with the resolution of the Akimat of Kurmangazinsky district No. 213 dated June 18, 2018 "On approval of the Regulations of the state institution of the Department of Economics and Finance of Kurmangazinsky district of Atyrau region"
In accordance with the resolution of the akimat of Kurmangazinsky No. 361 dated November 21, 2018 "On approval of the limit of the staff number of the Kurmangazsky district financed from the local budget", the staff number of the department is 10 units, of which the actual number is 9 units.
There is no conflict of interest. There were no complaints from civil servants.
When carrying out its activities, the Department of Economics and Finance of the Kurmangazinsky district is guided by the following normative legal acts:

In accordance with the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 No. 72 "On approval of the Rules for providing social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements" , the Department of Economics and Finance provides the following public services:
"Providing social support measures to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex who have arrived to work and live in rural settlements."
According to the results of the first half of 2021, the department provided 3 public services in total:
No facts of violation of deadlines were revealed, when providing public services.
According to the results of the first half of 2021, no appeals from individuals and legal entities were received to the head of the department.
According to the results of the first half of 2021, the head of the department adopted 92 orders, of which: 9 - on the provision of labor leave, 2 - according to the department's budget, 21 - on the business trip of department employees, 2 - on hiring, 49 - on the organization of the department's work.
When making orders, the norms of the Labor Code, the Budget Code and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan"were observed

The department prominently displays the standards for the provision of public services.
Employees of the department constantly take part in seminars, round tables, as well as post articles and participate in the actions "Ozinnen Basta" in the district newspaper "Serper".
Every year, until March 31, civil servants of the department and their spouses submit a declaration of income and property.
To create an atmosphere of "perfect intolerance", signs "Giving a bribe deprives freedom and the future", "With every bribe you steal the dreams of our children"are installed in the department building.
During the analysis of the internal analysis to identify corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the department, the risks contributing to the commission of corruption offenses were not identified.
