On the basis of Articles 7, 8 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015 No. 410-V "on combating corruption" and the Order of the chairman of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 "on approval of standard rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks", the Office of the Akim of shortanbai rural district provides the following information:
The functions of the district Akim's office are carried out in accordance with the resolution of the Akim of Kurmangazinsky District No. 19 dated January 23, 2018 "on approval of the regulations of the state institution" Office of the Akim of Shortanbai rural district of Kurmangazinsky District of Atyrau region". In accordance with the resolution of the Akim of the District K. Nurtayev dated February 5, 2021 No. 22 "on approval of the limits of the full – time number of executive bodies financed from the local budget of the Kurmangazinsky district", the full-time number of the institution is 5 units, the number of employees is 5 units. 5 people are allowed to take annual leave. There was no conflict of interest. No complaints were received from civil servants.

For the first half of 2021, 13 appeals from individuals and legal entities were submitted to the district Akim's office, including: 2 explanations were given, and 11 appeals were fully satisfied. Boxes for citizens ' appeals are located in a prominent place in the institution, and a helpline 3-94-34 is installed. To create an atmosphere of "zero tolerance" for corruption in the building of the district Akim's office "When you take a bribe, you are punished when you give", "do not take a bribe, but strive for heights", "bribery is the theft of children's dreams", "one bribe is two crimes", "do not give an axe to your future" in order to promote anti-corruption policy in society and form an ideology of integrity, specially prepared audio clips were distributed to subordinate institutions of the district and discussed in the team.

Today, through these sites, residents receive the necessary services.
The Office of the district Akim does not carry out control activities.
