Akim's apparatus of the Suyunduk rural district in execution of the order of the chairman of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for countering actions against corruption Number 12 dated 19 October 2016 year, article 7-8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption, and on the approval of standard rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks of the Republic of Kazakhstan in cases of the Civil Service and counteraction of corruption informs below the following:
Suyundukcountry county is headed by:
-The Law R.K. dated January 23, 2001 № 148-ІІ "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
- The Law R.K. dated November 23, 2015 No. 416-V On the public service of R.K.
-Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2015 No. 648 on the approval of the Rules for public procurement.
-The Law of Republic Kazakhstan on the procedure for considering applications of individuals and legal entities and other legal regulations.
Measures aimed at limiting and preventing corruption in the office of the akim of the Suyunduk rural district are constantly monitored and implemented. In this regard, information events are being held aimed at preventing corruption in all institutions of the district, distribution of printed materials, visual aids aimed at forming an anti-corruption culture in state bodies, healthcare organizations and other social facilities. In order to prevent violations in the field of land use, the allocation of land plots to individuals and legal entities in the district is constantly monitored in order to prevent violations of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, illegal redistribution of land into private ownership. Today, there are about 66 people in the queue. There were no contractors brought to responsibility for non-fulfillment of procurement contracts. Contracts concluded through public procurement are executed in accordance with the requirements. In the building of the district hangs the "Ethical Code" of civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the standard of public service, ethical standards of civil servants. A meeting of specialists on preventing violations of the legislation on public service, anti-corruption and the Code of Ethics will be held under the chairmanship of the akim of the district. The questionnaires of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption are filled out. No civil servant has been subjected to disciplinary penalties for violating the code of ethics. There are 4 types of public services in the district. In particular: Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot; Queuing up to receive a land plot; Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a settlement; Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require tenders (tenders, auctions).19 types of public services are provided to the population through the self-sufficiency corner.For 6 months of 2021, 554 services were provided. In March 2021, electronic banners promoting the project "Interactive Map of Open Budgets" were posted on the district's Facebook page. 5-11-77 "Helpline" and "Trust Box" work in the field of anti-corruption. No applications were received for 6 months of 2021. Billboard "Honest Aid Project" are installed on Abai Street in the village of Suyunduk.
