Akim’s apparatus of Saphon rural district is guided by the articles 5-8 of the Act of Republic of Kazakhstan “Anti-corruption”, by the order of the chairman of the agency of Republic of Kazakhstan Public Service Affairs and anti-corruption from 19.10.2016 №12 "On approval of standard rules for internal analysis of corruption risks" provides the following information:

Akim’s apparatus of Saphon rural district works in accordance with the decree of Akimat of Kurmangazy region № 10from 14.01.2020.
There are 5 state employees in the district. During the reporting period, there are 5 full-time government employees.

In the work of the akim's apparatus of Saphon district regarding the activities on legislative acts during the internal analysis of corruption risks, discretionary powers and norms that contribute to the commission of an offense have not been identified.
By order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan №198 from the 13 of April 2015the following public services are provided in the district:
1.Issue a certificate to provide free transportation to generaleducation organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas.
For the first half of 2021, the office of the akim's apparatus of Saphonrural district received 10 applications from individuals. Of these, explanatory work was carried out on 1 applications, 10 applications were satisfied. 1 application was received from legal entities, explanatory work was carried out.
For the first half of 2021, 54 orders were adopted, 21 decisions. In a specially designated place of the district building there is a box for accepting applications, a helpline phone3-34-80.
In the first half of the current year, control was carried out and explanatory work was organized on the timely submission of a declaration on the income and property of public servants and their spouses. All employees passed the declaration on time. No conflict of interest facts were found. Employees of the akimat constantly take an active part in the seminars, round tables related to anti-corruption topics.
In order to help increase the legal literacy of the population and to form the principle of "absolute intolerance" to any manifestations of corruption in enterprises and institutions located in the district, awareness-raising is carried out, memos are distributed on the topic «Пара алған да, берген де -жазаланады».
To create a project office " Атырау адалдық алаңы " for the rural district, in a prominent place of development with this project. In order to form an anti-corruption world for the population, they were developed in a prominent place of work with the words of the great thinkers of the names of Kazakhstan Biya Aiteke, Tole, Kazbek " Досыңа адал бол, жауыңа қатал бол,халқыңа адал бол"and the words of Shokan Ualikhanov«Дүниеде әділдік пен адалдықты ту еткен адамнан артық ешкім жоқ».
On January 23, 2021, a round table was organized at the Saphon Rural House of Culture on the topic "Corruption - an epidemic, our task is elimination." Participants in the round table discussed that corruption should be perceived not just as a violation of the law, but as a danger that threatens the development of our country, countering and preventing corruption offenses in the civil service system, popularizing anti-corruption culture, as the most important condition for spiritual moral education of young people. To teach the next generation that corruption is an epidemic that stops the development of the state and society and affects its future.
According to the district Media Plan, drawn up for 2021 in the district socio-political newspaper "Serper" No. 13 of For 01.04.2021 years, an article entitled "Corruption is the enemy of society" was published.
According to the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks in the akimat ofSaphon rural district, there were no discretionary powers and norms that contribute to the commission of the offense.
