In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Fight against Corruption" dated November 18, 2015, the Republic "On Combating Corruption" and the order of the Minister for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 "On Approval of the Model Rules for Conducting internal analysis of cooperation risks ", the regional department of agriculture and land relations provides the following information: The regional department of agriculture and land relations carries out its activities in accordance with the resolution of the akimat of the Kurmangazin region dated January 14, 2019 No. 6 "On approval of the Regulation of the communal state institution" Kurmangazin regional department of agriculture and land relations ". In accordance with the order of the akim of Kurmangazinsky region, the staff of the department is 8 units. 5) Субсидирование развития Семеноводства;
6) Субсидирование стоимости услуг по подаче воды сельскохозяйственным товаропроизводителям;
7) Предназначенных для обработки сельскохозяйственных культур для защиты растений гербицидов, биоагентов (энтомофагов) и биопрепаратов
8) Выдача вида на неорошаемых Орошаемых площадей посевов;

As of the second half of 2021, the department has provided 567 public services. In the second half of 2020, 10 meetings were held on the land commission. The appeals of individuals and legal entities were considered in a timely manner, there were no complaints from the applicants. To receive applications from citizens, a special box has been installed in the department, as well as a helpline 2-01-53. Between the manager and the employees, there were no facts of negative understanding, as well as a conflict of interest related to other issues regarding the organizational and management activities of the department, the employees of the department work stably, personnel instability was not found. Every year, by March 31, civil servants of the department and their spouses submit a declaration of income and property.
In accordance with the letter of the republican state institution of the Department of the Agency for Public Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs in the Atyrau region, in order to prevent the negative consequences of corruption, leaflets in the Kazakh and Russian languages were posted in the department.
In the course of the internal analysis of the State Institution "Construction Department of the Kurmangazinsky District" to identify corruption risks in the organizational and management activities of the department, the risks contributing to the commission of corruption offenses were not identified.
