Through the Nur Baspana system, these data are viewed and placed in the queue of the centralized system.
Public applications will be reviewed in the Nur Baspana system by the end of the fifteenth day, and a notification will be sent in the form of an electronic notification of approval or disapproval.
Provision of citizens, who live in housing, housing in local executive bodies is carried out within the framework of the State program of housing and communal development "Nrly Zher" for 2020-2025 and the programs adopted at the local level. In particular, the programs "Happy Family", "Shanyrak" through the "Family Housing Savings Bank" provide housing for the population at a low interest rate.
In the first half of 2021, 3 meetings of the district housing commission were held (16.02.2021, 9.03.2021, 30.04.2021). The commission received 24 applications.
As of 2021, there are 991 people (families) waiting in line to receive housing in the district. Among them:
- socially vulnerable groups - 428;
- Multi-year families - 147;
- Employees of the budget sphere - 259;
- Lonely house recognized by accident - 18;
- Orphans, children left without parental care - 139.
In addition, the list of residents of the 60-apartment house, located at 22 Astana Street in the village of Kadyrka, and the decision of the housing commission on housing construction.
