Participate in the republican contest "Enbek Zholy"!
The purpose of the contest" Yenbek Zholy "(the Contest) is to ensure effective implementation of the program article of the President" Social modernization of Kazakhstan: twenty steps to a Society of Universal Labor", maintaining the continuity of generations, the formation of positive public opinion about the working people and the creation of conditions for enterprises and organizations to create new labor dynasties and education in Kazakhstan pride in the achievements of compatriots who have made a significant contribution to the development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The competition is held in the following categories:
1) "Best Labor Dynasty" - the most numerous dynasty with the most experience and the most awards is selected.
A labor dynasty is a group of employees of one organization who are two or more generations of the same family (one or both spouses together with children or grandchildren), who are currently engaged in labor activity and have a total work experience in this organization of at least 20 years. The head of the dynasty is recognized as the representative of the dynasty, who began his career above all else. The labor dynasty should actively participate in the social life of the village, district (city, region), promote the professional orientation of young people, and promote their profession.
2) "Best young Production worker" - the most active and hardworking production worker with no more than 5 years of work experience is selected;
3) "The best mentor of working youth" - a highly effective mentor with at least 20 years of experience is selected.
To award the winners in each category, cash certificates are issued for the following amounts:
- 1st place-1 000 000 (One million) tenge;
- 2nd place-500,000 (five thousand) tenge;
- 3rd place-200 000 (two thousand) tenge.
