2.1. Dyngyzylskyruraldistrictofregionalsignificancedevelopment
The population on January 1, 2021 is 2605 people, 559 families: one in the village of Zhylandy – 439, S. G. alipova – 120.the number of pensioners – 248, disabled – 97, pupils 464, working-1700, self-employed - 253, unemployed – 66.
Of the objects of the social sphere function: 1 General secondary schools and 1 primary school, 1 kindergarten, 1 clinic 1 clinic, 1 Culture, 1 Library, 1 office of the children's music 1 veterinary point.
In the service sector there are: 1 post office, 1 communication center, 1 water distribution plant. In the small business sector, there are 14 individual entrepreneurs, including 1 Transport Repair Center, 1 bakery, 1 Restaurant, 1 Car Repair Center, 3 sewing workshops.
35 farms are officially registered in the district. In the district, 4224 heads of cattle, 1371 heads of horses, 10416 heads of sheep - goats and 866 heads of camels, 124 domestic birds were registered. For 2021
2.2 problematic issues and risks
- Construction of an indoor sports complex;
- Making proposals for the construction of intra-village roads
- Organization of works on bringing the infrastructure to the newly occupied streets for housing construction;
- Construction of the post office building;
- Construction of a medical center building in the village of Alipova;
- Reconstruction of the area where once there was a forest grove in the village of G. alipova (formerly Zloba ) ;
- Installation of a cellular communication system in the village of Alipov;
- Construction of a pedestrian bridge across Zhylandy-Shortanbay;
- Sending an application for the allocation of funds for the development of design and estimate documentation for the construction of a summer water pipeline;
- Construction of the district building;
- Opening of a nursery group for 25 children in the kindergarten;
- Organization of work on the replacement of electrical networks in connection with their wear and tear;
- Organization of work on the repair of VOS in the village of Alipov;
