According to article 7-8 of the law of Republic "On combating corruption" and decree of the Minister of civil service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19 October 2016 №12 "On approval of Model rules for conducting internal analysis and risks", regional Department of physical culture and sport provides the following information:
To conduct internal analysis of corruption risks by the head of June 16, 2017 No. 126 appointed chief specialist of the Department Rahmatalla all.
The district Department of Physical Culture and Sports carries out its activities in accordance with the decree of the Akimat of Kurmangazinsky district No. 8 of January 18, 2006 "On approval of the Regulations of the municipal state institution "Kurmangazinsky District Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Atyrau region".
In accordance with the resolution of akimat was from 21 November 2018 №361 "On approval of the limit of staff numbers financed from the local budget Kurmangaziev district" staff number of the Department is - 3 units, of which the actual number of -3 units, no vacancies. Annual work leave is presented to 3 people.
In carrying out its activities, the district department is guided by the following normative legal acts:

In the second half of 2020, the regulations relating to the activities of the department did not define any discretionary powers or norms that could lead to violations during the internal analysis of corruption risks. There is no conflict of interest. There were no complaints from civil servants.
Almost all existing legal acts are applied.
According to the order of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the standards of public services in the field of physical culture and sports" dated April 17, 2015, the department provides the following public services:
1) Sports categories: athlete 2 category, the athlete level 3, the athlete 1 of the Junior category, athletic youth 2-order, 3 Junior sportsman category, "coach highest level of qualification of the second category", "coach middle level of qualification of the second category, methodologist of the highest level of qualification of the second category, methodologist of medium skill level second category, the instructor-athlete of higher skill level second category.
According to the results of the second half of 2020, the department did not receive an application for the provision of services.
The department prominently displays standards for the provision of public services.
In 2020, the department did not receive a complaint from individuals and legal entities.
