Rural district Zhanatalap is headed by: - The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No. 148-II "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan". - The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 416-V "On civil service" - "Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated November 23, 2015 - Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, No. 648 "On approval of the Rules for the implementation of public procurement" - The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the procedure for considering applications from individuals and legal entities and other legal regulations.According to the staffing table of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Zhanatalap Rural District" the number of civil servants is 7, the actual number is 6, the vacancy is -1.All administrative civil servants of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Zhanatalap Rural District" correspond to their positions, and pass qualification and retraining courses on time.The facts of settlement of the conflict of interests were not revealed. There were no complaints from government officials.The state apparatus of the akim of the district provides one type of activity.For the second half of 2020, an order was adopted -64, a decision -17. The apparatus of the rural district Zhanatalap received and considered 10 applications from individuals and legal entities, 3 applications were explained and 7 were satisfied.On the staff of the akim of the rural district Zhanatalap, work is being carried out on an ongoing basis to prevent and limit corruption. In this direction, the following activities were carried out, aimed at deliberate clarification of anti-corruption legislation. In order to ensure transparency, accessibility for the provided public services, standards and regulations for the provision of public services in the form of stands are placed in the corridor of the administrative building. In order to create an anti-corruption culture, memos are promoted in the collectives, memos are distributed among the population and placed in crowded places.
In order to prevent offenses in the field of land use, when securing land plots to individuals and legal entities in the district, control and supervision is constantly carried out to prevent violation of the requirements of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, illegal redistribution of land transferred to private ownership.
In October-December of this year, the regional newspaper "Serper" published an article "Zhemkorlyga zhez nota", "Bilikpen aradagy altyn kupir". Based on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks in the akimat of the Zhanatalap rural district, no discretionary powers and norms that contribute to the commission of an offense were identified.
