According to the results of 11 months of 2020, the Department of Finance of the Atyrau region received 132 appeals from individuals and legal entities.
127 applications received were reviewed by the akim of the region and of 55 cases according to the law answered, 5 denied, 1 application was sent to state authority,66 - clarified within the law.
There were no citizens at the personal reception of the leadership.
