According to the results of 10 months of 2020, the Department of Finance of Atyrau region received 123 appeals from individuals and legal entities.
118 applications received were reviewed by the akim and 53 appeals under the act are answers, 5 denied, 1 application was sent to state authority,59 - clarified within the law.
There were no citizens at the personal reception of the leadership.
