According to the results of 12 months of 2020, the Department of Finance of Atyrau region received 141 applications from individuals and legal entities.
135 appeals were considered by the department, 57 appeals were answered in accordance with the law, 5 were rejected, 1 appeal was sent to the competent state bodies for consideration, and 72 appeals were clarified within the framework of the law.
The department will continue to intensify and maintain the above-mentioned work under constant control.
