Information about the implementation of the project "With a diploma in the village".
Since 2009, a public service has been provided in the district under the project "With a diploma to the village". It is designed to hire specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, who arrived to work and live in rural settlements, civil servants of the offices of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts in villages with a shortage of qualified specialists. In order to stimulate young specialists for this project, a budget loan is provided for the purchase or construction of housing for a period of 15 years at a rate of 0.01% in the amount of 1,500 monthly calculation indices and a one-time lifting allowance in the amount of 100 monthly calculation indices.
Briefly about the implementation of this project in the district, information about the support provided as social assistance, documents submitted for social support measures, as well as articles in the local press about the timing of the adoption of the document are published annually.
In order to implement measures to provide social support to in-demand specialists who have arrived in the settlements of the district since 2009 to the present, there are 242 specialists in the district (76 specialists in healthcare, 148 specialists in education, 8 specialists in sports, 4 in culture and 6 specialists in the agro-industrial complex) for a total amount of 43 million 110 thousand . tenge received a one-time lifting allowance and 156 specialists (38 specialists in healthcare, 103 specialists in education, 6 specialists in sports, 5 specialists in culture and 4 specialists in agriculture) for the purchase of housing for a total of 479 million 348 thousand tenge received a budget loan at a percentage of 0.01% for a period of fifteen years.
Including last year, lifting allowances were paid to 13 specialists in the amount of 3 million 982 thousand tenge, for the purchase of housing a budget loan in the amount of 36 million tenge 756 thousand tenge to 8 specialists.
If in 2020 the acceptance of documents was carried out through the non-profit joint stock company "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (Public Service Center), then from 2021 specialists submitted documents through the web portal of "electronic government".
In 2021 and 2022, specialists in the "social security" section of the E-Government web portal, at their discretion, chose types of public services (lifting allowance, budget loan), submitted an application and documents through their EDS.
This project will be continued in 2023. For the current year, 36 million 225 thousand tenge was allocated at the expense of the republican budget for the issuance of budget loans to 7 specialists for the purchase or construction of housing and from the local budget for the payment of lifting allowance to 9 specialists 3 million 105.0 thousand tenge. According to the financing plan, it will be mastered in July-October.
