Information on the provision of public services services for 2022 under the
GU " Office of the Akim of Koktogai rural district"
The report is based on аppendices No. 2 to the Order Minister of Economy and budget planning оf the Republic of Kazakhstan from June 25 2013 No. 193 « On approval of theof national significance, Rules formations and representations activity report central government agencies, capitals, districts, cities of regional significance, mayors of districts in the city, cities of regional significance, settlements,villages, rural districts on the issues of rendering services public services and its standard form».
Public services conducted according to the changes made to the approved list Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 983 of September 18 2013 and the Office of the Akim of the Koktogai rural district.
In 2022, the state educational institution 67 state services were provided services for 2 types of public services. All public services have been provided free of charge in paper form.
Public services in accordance with the with the standard and regulations they were provided in a timely manner. The most popular ones services: "Putting on a queue for obtaining a land plot"-19; "The issuance of the decision on the change purpose of the land plot"- there were 6 of them provided.
For the convenience of obtaining state documents the premises were equipped with information stands for public services. During the year for quality provision of public services no complaints were received. During the reporting period, the following activities were carried out: 12 awareness-raising activities within the rural district with the participation of representatives educational institutions and individuals.
