Analyzed object: MM "Apparatus of the akim of the Orlik rural district" (hereinafter referred to as the Apparatus), Atyrau region, Inder district, Orlik village, I.Usenov street No 16.
Internal analysis of corruption risks in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and on Civil Service Affairs and Combating Corruption were approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 of the Model Conducting an Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks of the Head of Administration of Akim Indersky district on the "Creation of a working group on the basis of an order."
The analytical report on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks was compiled by the following working group:

An internal analysis of corruption risks is carried out in accordance with paragraph 5 of Art. 8 of the Law “On Combating Corruption” and on Civil Service Affairs and Combating Corruption were approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 “Typical method for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in accordance with the rules”.

In the course of the analysis of the “Machinery of the Akim of the Orlik rural district” in the internal documents of the state institution, no corruption risks were identified.
III. Identification of corruption risks associated with personnel management.
Civil servants of the “Machinery of the Akim of the Orlik rural district” number-6, actual number -5. As of December 01, 2022, there are vacancies.
At the stage of analysis, there was no release of a civil servant from his position and transfer to another state body.
The state institution "Machinery of the Akim of the Orlik rural district" with employees complies with anti-corruption restrictions.
