Analyzed object: state institution "Inder District Department of Agriculture" (hereinafter referred to as the institution), Atyrau region, Inder district, Inderbor Settlement, N. Mendigaliyev Street, No. 30/9.
Internal analysis of corruption risks in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on combating corruption" and the standard rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by the Order of the chairman of the agency for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption No. 12 of October 19, 2016, the internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out on the basis of the order of the head of the Department of Agriculture of the Inder district "on the formation of a working group".
An analytical report on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks was formed by a working group of the following composition:

2) Abay Kadenovich Abdirov-chief specialist;
3) Shashbekova Leila Marsovna-chief specialist;
4) Temirbulatov Murat Amirgalievich-specialist;
5) Tagapova Ardak Abayevna – accountant.

The internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on combating corruption" and "standard rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks", approved by the Order of the chairman of the agency for Civil Service affairs and anti-corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19. 2016 No. 12.
There are no institutions subordinate to the institution.

II.Identification of corruption risks in internal documents.
During the analysis, corruption risks were not identified in the internal documents of the Inder District Department of Agriculture.
Identification of corruption risks associated with Personnel Management.
The number of civil servants of the Inder District Department of Agriculture is 3, the actual number is 6.
As of December 02. 2022, there are no vacancies.
During the analysis period, civil servants dismissed from their positions were not identified.
During the analysis period, 1 employee of the department was appointed in the order of transfer (from 1 chief specialist to the position of head of the Department).
Placement in the transfer order was carried out in accordance with the rules approved by the decree of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Anti-corruption restrictions are observed by civil servants of the Inder District Department of Agriculture.
Declarations of income and property of all civil servants for 2021 are submitted within the time limits specified by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the analyzed period, the Inder District Department of Agriculture received a total of 4 applications from individuals and legal entities in 2021 and 10 for 11 months of 2022, a total of 14.
Of these, in 2021, the number of applications received from individuals was 4, and there were no applications received from legal entities.
For 11 months of 2022, there were no applications from individuals - 10, from legal entities.
Of these, 4 applications were received in 2021, and 10 applications were received in 11 months of 2022.
According to the financial plan of the Inder District Department of Agriculture for 2022, funds were allocated in the amount of 28.977.000 thousand Tenge, the disbursed amount is 23.004.738 thousand Tenge, the remaining funds will be disbursed by the end of the year.
Recommendation:
According to the rules, the institution does not provide public services.
Conclusion:
The analysis did not reveal corruption risks in regulatory legal acts, financial and economic activities and other issues.
