On the basis of articles 7-8 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on combating corruption" and the Order of the chairman of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 "on approval of standard rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks", the Department of culture, language development, Physical Culture and sports of the Inder district provides the following information::
In accordance with the Order of the chairman of the agency for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption dated December 8, 2016 No. 78 "on approval of the rules for quality control of Public Services", an internal analysis of the results of internal control over corruption risks for the I st half of 2022 was carried out in the state institution "Department of culture and language development of Inder district". The full-time number of civil servants of the state institution of the Department of culture, language development, Physical Culture and sports of the indersky district is 2 units. There was no conflict of interest.
In the direction of" identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the department", there were no conflicts of interest, disagreements between the manager and employees, employees of the department are constantly working, as well as violations of the accepted restrictions and prohibitions on corruption were not detected.
During the internal analysis of corruption risks, in accordance with the resolution of the district akimat dated October 15, 2020 No. 177 "on re-registration of the state institution" Department of culture and language development of Inder district", the department was transformed into the state institution "Department of culture, language development, Physical Culture and sports of Inder district".
The department employs 1 unit of the head of the Department, 1 unit of the Chief Specialist, 1 accountant, 1 motorist.
The head of the Department Tlepkalieva Zhemis Bazargalievna was appointed by the order of the district Akim No. 119-K dated November 03, 2020. and Altyn Boranbayevna Khasanova, Chief Specialist of the department, was re-appointed by Order No. 85 of the head of the department dated November 03, 2020. No complaints were received from civil servants.
