On September 23, 2022, in accordance with Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the documents of Kazhenov Muratbek Ermekuly (from the political party "Amanat") on the nomination of a candidate for the elections to the akims of the Orlikovsky rural district of the Inder district, scheduled for October 16, 2022, were submitted to the Inder district Territorial Election Commission.:
The Inder district territorial Election Commission will determine the compliance of the candidate for election to the akims of the Orlikovsky rural district of the Inder district with the requirements imposed on them by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law on Public Service on the basis of requests to the relevant authorities.
According to the calendar plan for the elections to the akims of the Orlikovsky rural district of the Inder district, scheduled for October 16, 2022, the nomination of candidates is carried out in the period from September 17 to September 30 this year (until 18.00 hours).
