Internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out in the State Institution "Indersky District Department of Economics and Finance" for the first half of 2022 in accordance with the Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016.
During the internal analysis of corruption risks, the Codes, Laws, regulatory legal acts that the department is guided by in its activities were studied.
During the study, regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the department were analyzed (Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 72 dated November 6, 2014, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "On the procedure for considering appeals of individuals and legal entities", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2015 "On Public Procurement"), materials in the mass media, appeals of individuals and legal entities, the provision of public services, acts of prosecutorial supervision, and other information not prohibited by the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The full-time number of civil servants of the Indersky District Department of Economics and Finance is 8 people. There are no employees dismissed from work for negative reasons, brought to disciplinary responsibility.
Civil servants of the department take advanced training courses in a timely manner.
There were no facts of violations of labor discipline, repeated violations of labor discipline, violations of administrative and criminal law, corruption offenses among civil servants, persons who committed a criminal offense were not employed.
Facts of violation of the terms of consideration of applications of citizens, legal entities and individuals are not allowed. The reception of citizens on personal issues in accordance with the approved schedule is conducted on an ongoing basis by the head of the department.
The department ensured timely submission of income and property declarations by civil servants and their spouses.
In the department, the public service is provided according to the financial plan since August.
The mass media were monitored to identify negative materials against the department's civil servants. No negative materials were identified during the study period.
The prosecutor's protest was not received. No violation of the law has been established on the conduct of public procurement. All public procurement was carried out through the portal www.goszakup.gov.kz . There were no facts of conflicts of interest.
During the reporting period, the department held 1 meeting. The changes made to the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 for No. 72 were posted on the social network "Facebook". According to the order, the list of in-demand specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex is published on the website of the Internet resource of the akimat of the Inder district. In a prominent place of the institution there is a box for complaints-statements of citizens and a helpline 2-11-92 is indicated.
During the reporting period, the Department of Economics and Finance did not identify the risk of corruption. There were no violations of the law and offenses on the part of the civil servants of the department.
