Currently, a State Act has been received for the land plot. At the same time, primary documents for the development of design and estimate documentation are currently being compiled. In December, a tender for determining the design contractor for the development of the POI will be submitted. After the POI has been developed and the expert opinion has been received, funds will be requested for the construction.
