DESCISION

 

Inderbor village                                                                                                           February 4, 2022

 

               The Working Group on the formation of the Public Council of the Inder district in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2015 No. 1194 "On approval of the Model Regulations on the Public Council" DECIDED:

1. To elect on behalf of the state body and based on the results of an open vote the composition of the working group as follows:

Sabyrgali Kerimbay          Talapuly	- Chairman of the Inder district branch of the People's Democratic Patriotic Party "Auyl";
Sagyngaliyev Nurasyl          Kurakuly	- head of the State Legal Department, Emergency Situations and Quality control of public services provided by the Akim's office;
Igaliyev Zhenis           Kuanuly	- head of the District Department of Internal Policy;
Utegenov Shyngys           Adilbekuly	- individual entrepreneur;
Kibatollaeva Tlektes           Salauatkyzy	- specialist of the district youth resource center.

1. To elect as the head chairman K.Sabyrgaliev and the secretary of the working group N. Sagingaliev.
2. To determine the composition of the Public Council with the number of 11 people.
3. In accordance with the Law "On Public Councils" to announce an announcement in the district newspaper "Dender" on holding a contest for election to the members of the district public council. The received documents should be analyzed and the competition should be held within the time limits established by law.
4. Publish this decision on the official Internet resource.
