Report on the types of public services provided by the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Esbol rural District" for 2021
Developed on the basis of the Order of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning No. 193 dated June 25, 2013 "On approval of the Rules for the formation of a report on the activities of central state bodies, local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts, cities of regional significance, akims of districts in the city, cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts on the provision of public services and its standard form".
Based on the order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/NK."On approval of the register of public services" of the State Institution "The Office of the Akim of the Esbol rural District" provides 3 types of public services:
During the reporting period, the Akim's office provided 136 services.

All services are provided free of charge. There was no violation of the terms of service provision. A box for accepting applications and opinions of service recipients is installed in a specially designated place in the building. According to the results of 2021, there were no applications and complaints from service recipients. An information stand on the established standards and principles of receiving public services and the procedure for their provision has been installed in the building for the attention of service recipients.
Refusals to provide public services to the service recipient, facts of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the provision of public services, violations of the terms of consideration have not been registered, complaints about the quality of its provision have not been received.
