Information about the implementation of the project "With a diploma in the village"
The project" with a diploma to the village " has been implemented in Kazakhstan for more than 11 years. It is designed so that young doctors, livestock breeders and teachers can go to work in villages where there is currently a shortage of qualified specialists. In order to encourage young professionals in this project, the state pays lifting allowances and provides preferential loans for the purchase of housing.
I would like to briefly mention the implementation of this project in the district, every year information about the support provided in the form of social assistance, documents for obtaining social support measures, as well as an article about the terms of adoption of the document is published in the local press. In order to implement measures to provide social support to deficient specialists who have arrived in the settlements of the district from 2009 to the present day, 70 specialists in the healthcare sector, 144 specialists in the Education Sector, 7 specialists in the sports sector, 3 specialists in the culture and 5 specialists in the agro - industrial complex, a total of 229 specialists are equal to 70 times the monthly calculation index until 2019, 100 times the monthly calculation index since 2019, for a total amount of 39 million US dollars. Received a one-time lifting allowance in the amount of 128 thousand tenge. And for the purchase of Housing - 35 specialists in healthcare, 98 specialists in education, 5 specialists in sports, 4 Specialists in culture and 4 Specialists in the agro - industrial complex, a total of 148 specialists for a total amount of 442.6 million tenge. A budget loan at an interest rate of 0.01% for a period of fifteen years in the amount of 625 thousand tenge was issued and the apartment was provided. In particular, last year the lifting allowance for 25 specialists amounted to 7 million tenge.
In 2020, documents were accepted through the non-profit Joint Stock Company" State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (Public Service Center), and in 2021, specialists submitted documents through the web portal "e-government".
This project will continue in 2022. This year, at the expense of the Republican budget, it is planned to issue a budget loan to 8 specialists for the purchase or construction of housing. 36 million 756 thousand tenge is planned. According to the financial plan, it will be mastered in August-October.
