Based on the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 "On approval of Standard Rules for internal analysis of Corruption risks " of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Tourism and Industry of the Inder district, Article 7-8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", provides the following information:
In accordance with the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated December 8, 2016 No. 78 "On approval of the Rules of State control over the quality of public services", analytical information was conducted on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the office for 2021.The number of civil servants working in the department of "entrepreneurship, tourism and industry of the Inder district" is 1 unit, at the moment the actual number is 2 units. In the annual work leave, 2 units were sent. There was no conflict of interest. There were no complaints from government employees.
In the direction of "identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the department", there was no conflict of interests, disagreements between the employees of the head, the staff of the office work on a permanent basis, as well as violations of the accepted anti-corruption restrictions and prohibitions were not revealed. When conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks, the department had 1 unit of the head of the department and 1 unit of the chief specialist. There were no complaints from government employees.

Within the framework of the anti-corruption program, the department carried out work on compliance with financial discipline, including compliance and organization of legislation on public procurement, no violations were revealed.
