In accordance with the Standard Rules for Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks, approved by the Order №12 of the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016 the analysis was carried out. In the course of the internal analysis of corruption risks, the Codes, Laws, regulatory legal acts, legal acts by which the apparatus is guided in its activities were studied.In the course of the study, the regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the apparatus were analyzed (Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 22, 2003, order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 21, 2016 No. 58, the standard of the public service “Queuing up preschool children (up to 7 years) for referral to preschool organizations ", order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2016 No. 15 standard of the state service" Issuance of certificates of the presence of a personal subsidiary farm",The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2015 "On Public Procurements"), materials in the media, applications of individuals and legal entities, provision of public services, acts of the prosecutor's office supervision, and other information not prohibited by the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.The interests of the conflict were not identified in the apparatus of the district.1. In 2021, within the framework of the “Queue of preschool children (up to 7 years old) for admission to preschool organizations”, 29 public services were provided.2. "Issuance of certificates on the availability of personal subsidiary plots" for 2021 through the electronic government portal, government services were not provided.3.The apparatus in the period of 2021 reviewed 11 applications.There are no violations of the deadlines for the provision of public services, as well as complaints about employees and the quality of the deadlines.On public procurement of the Republic of Kazakhstan, strict compliance with anti-corruption legislation.The employees of the akim's apparatus of the Orlik rural district have job descriptions on the labor contract that counteract corruption with the establishment of personal responsibility, included in this appendix.In the building of state institutions there are stands on the topic "Code of Ethics of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Legislation on the fight against corruption".In order to widely use social advertising, various meetings were held, including 5 round tables and 2 meetings on combating corruption. For residents of the Orlik rural district, explanatory work is being carried out in order to prevent corruption offenses, brochures in two languages were distributed by employees of the institution. Banners were installed on the theme of "Corruption". In the Orlik rural district, the work box for complaints of proposals, available places for the population, continues. In the office of the akim of the Orlik rural district there is a helpline 27-3-47.
