About the approval of the forms of the logging ticket and the forest ticket, the rules of their accounting, storage, filling and issuance
Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 2015 No. 18-02/40. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 10, 2015 No. 10676.
In accordance with subparagraph 18-28) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2003, I ORDER:
1) the form of a logging ticket, according to Appendix 1 to this order;
2) the form of the forest ticket according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) Rules of accounting, storage, filling in and issuance of logging and forest tickets in accordance with Annex 3 to this order.
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, sending a copy of it for official publication in periodicals and in the information and legal system "Adilet";
3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Forest users are obliged to strictly observe the rules for the release of wood on the root in the forests of the Republic
Kazakhstan and the rules of fire safety in the forests of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For violation of these rules, as
well as in case of evasion of the forest user from clearing the logging sites, the state
forestry management bodies suspend the harvesting of wood and other work carried out by forest users.

1) timber harvesting;
2) harvesting of oleoresin, wood juices;
3) harvesting of secondary wood resources;
4) secondary forest uses (haymaking, cattle grazing, maral breeding, animal husbandry, placement of beehives and apiaries, gardening, melon cultivation, gardening and cultivation of other agricultural crops, harvesting and collection of medicinal plants and technical raw materials, wild fruits, nuts, mushrooms, berries and other food products, moss, forest litter and fallen leaves, reeds);
5) use of plots of the state forest fund for the needs of hunting;
6) use of plots of the state forest fund for research purposes;
7) use of plots of the state forest fund for health, recreational, historical and cultural, tourist and sports purposes;
8) use of the plots of the state forest fund for the cultivation of planting material of tree and shrub species and plantation plantations for special purposes.
The printed forms are pamphletted each separately in 25 sets in a book.
The department, through its territorial bodies, supplies forms to state forest owners located in the territory of the region.
Chapter 2. Accounting and storage of forms of logging tickets
The territorial authority, within ten working days from the date of receipt of the forms, ensures their transfer to state forest owners under the jurisdiction of the local executive body. When issuing forms of logging and forest tickets, the territorial authority issues an invoice in two copies for the released number of forms, one of which is issued to the state forest owner - recipient, and the second remains in the affairs of the territorial authority.
Write-off of actually issued to forest users and damaged forms of logging and forest tickets from the sub-account of the state forest owner is made on the basis of a report on the arrival and expenditure of forms of logging and forest tickets, according to Appendix 1 to these Rules.
