The termofrenderingthestateservice

The deadlineforregistrationofdeathis 1 (one) workingday;

makingchanges, additionsandcorrectionstotherecordoftheactofcivilstatus - 5 (five) workingdays;

intheabsenceofanactrecordintheRegistry Office, thetermofrenderingtheserviceisextendedbynomorethan 15 (fifteen) calendardays, withnotificationoftheservicerecipientwithin 3 (three) calendardays (ifthetermofconsiderationoftheapplicationreceivedthroughthe State Corporation isextended, theresultoftheprovisionofthestateserviceissentbytheserviceprovidertothe State Corporation);

whensubmittingthroughtheportal, a notificationofconfirmationofacceptanceoftheapplicationandtheappointmentofthedateofissueofthedeathcertificateissenttothepersonalaccountwithin 1 (one) businessday;

The maximumallowablewaitingtimeforthedeliveryof a packageofdocumentsis 20 (twenty) minutes.

The maximumallowableservicetimeoftheservicerecipientis 20 (twenty) minutes.

The amountofpaymentchargedtotheservicerecipientfortheprovisionofpublicservices, andthemethodsofitscollectionincasesprovidedforbythelegislationofthe Republic of Kazakhstan

1) stateregistrationofdeathisfreeofcharge;

Theyareexemptfrompayingthestatefeefortheregistrationofactsofcivilstatusuponpresentationofsupportingdocuments:

1) individuals - forissuingcertificatestothemwhenchanging, supplementing, restoringandcorrectingcivilstatusrecordsinconnectionwitherrorsmadeduringtheregistrationofcivilstatusacts;

2) individuals - forissuingthemrepeatedorreplacingpreviouslyissueddeathcertificatesofrelatives;

Work schedule

1) serviceprovider - fromMondaytoFridayinclusivefrom 09.00 to 17.30 hours, breakfrom 13.00 to 14.30 hours, exceptweekendsandholidays.

The publicserviceisprovidedon a first-come, first-servedbasis, withoutpriorappointmentandacceleratedservice;

2) State Corporation - fromMondaytoSaturdayinclusive, inaccordancewiththeestablishedworkschedulefrom 9-00 to 20-00 hourswithoutlunchbreak, exceptSundaysandholidays, accordingtolaborlegislation.

Receptioniscarriedoutintheorderofan "electronic" queue, withoutacceleratedservice, itispossibletobookanelectronicqueuethroughtheportal;

3) theportalisopenaroundtheclock, exceptfortechnicalbreaksrelatedtorepairwork (whentheservicerecipientappliesaftertheendofworkinghours, onweekendsandholidays, theapplicationisacceptedandtheresultoftheprovisionofpublicservicesisissuedonthenextworkingday).

List ofdocumentsrequiredfortheprovisionofpublicservices

1) applicationforstateregistrationofdeathintheformaccordingtoAnnex 26 totheRules;

2) informationabout a documentoftheestablishedformofdeathissuedby a medicalorganization;

3) theidentitycardofthedeceased (ifavailable, intheabsenceofanidentitycardofthedeceased, specifythereasonsintheapplication);

4) a notarizedpowerofattorney, iftherepresentativeoftheservicerecipientapplies;

5) incaseofregistrationofdeathonthebasisof a courtdecision - informationabout a courtdecisionthathasenteredintolegalforcetoestablishthefactofdeathortodeclare a persondeceased;

6) military ID ofthedeceased (ifavailable);

7) ifnecessary (ifthelastnameand/orpatronymicoftheservicerecipientisnotrelated), a documentconfirmingthecloserelationship.

The listofnecessarydocumentsformakingchanges, additionsandcorrectionstothedeathcertificate:

1) applicationforamendments, additionsandcorrectionsintheformaccordingtoAnnex 24 totheRules;

2) identitydocument (foridentificationpurposes);

3) theoriginalofthecertificateofstateregistrationoftheactofcivilstatus, whichissubjecttoexchangeinconnectionwiththeintroductionofchanges, additionsandcorrectionstotherecordoftheactofcivilstatus, incaseoflossoftheoriginalcertificate, indicateitslossandinformationabouttheregistrationoftheactofcivilstatus;

4) a documentconfirmingtheexistenceofgroundsformakingchanges, additionsandcorrectionstotherecordoftheactofcivilstatus;

5) a notarizedpowerofattorney, iftherepresentativeoftheservicerecipientapplies.

Whenaccessingtheportal:

1) anelectronicapplicationcertifiedbytheservicerecipient's EDS orcertifiedby a one-timepassword, incaseofregistrationandconnectionoftheservicerecipient'ssubscribernumberprovidedbythemobileoperatortotheportalaccount;

2) informationaboutthedataoftheidentitydocumentandthemilitary ID ofthedeceased (ifavailable, theoriginalishandedovertotheregistrationauthority, intheabsenceofanidentitycardofthedeceased, thereasonsmustbeindicatedintheapplication);

3) ifnecessary, anelectroniccopyofthedocumentconfirmingthecloserelationship.

Groundsforrefusaltoprovidepublicservicesestablishedbythelegislationofthe Republic of Kazakhstan

1) establishingtheunreliabilityofthedocumentssubmittedbytheservicerecipientforreceivingthestateservice, and (or) thedata (information) containedtherein;

2) non-complianceoftheservicerecipientand (or) thesubmittedmaterials, dataandinformationnecessaryfortheprovisionofpublicserviceswiththerequirementsofthe Code ofthe Republic of Kazakhstan "On Marriage (Matrimony) andfamily", theLawsofthe Republic of Kazakhstan "ON identitydocuments" and "ON nationalregistersofidentificationnumbers".

The lawsofthe Republic of Kazakhstan mayestablishothergroundsforrefusaltoprovidepublicservices.

Otherrequirements, takingintoaccountthespecificsoftheprovisionofpublicservices, includingthoseprovidedinelectronicformandthrough a State Corporation

Customerswithinthemannerprescribedbylawfullorpartiallossoftheabilityorcapacitytoexerciseself, tomoveindependently, tofocus, documentsacceptanceforrenderingthestateserviceisperformedbyanemployeeofthe State Corporation withdepartureattheplaceofresidencebyapplyingthrough a Single contactcenter 1414, 8 800 080 777.

Service recipienthas a possibilityofreceiptofthestateserviceelectronicallythroughtheportal, subjecttotheavailabilityofthe EDS.

The servicerecipienthastheopportunitytoreceiveinformationabouttheprocedureandstatusoftheprovisionofpublicservicesinremoteaccessmodethroughtheportal's "personalaccount", theserviceprovider'shelpservices, aswellasthe Unified Contact Center "1414", 8-800-080-7777.
