The termofrenderingthestateservice

The deadlineforconsiderationoftheapplicationis 3 (three) workingdays;

intheabsenceofregistrationrecordsintheRegistry Office, whicharethebasisfortherestorationofthecivilstatusrecord, thetermofserviceprovisionisextendedbynomorethan 15 (fifteen) calendardays, withnotificationoftheservicerecipientwithin 3 (three) calendardays (whenextendingthetermofconsiderationoftheapplicationreceivedthroughthe State Corporation, theresultoftheprovisionofpublicservicesissentbytheserviceprovidertothe State Corporation);

whensubmittingthroughtheportal, a notificationconfirmingtheacceptanceoftheapplicationandsettingthedateofissueofthecertificateofstateregistrationoftheactofcivilstatusissenttothepersonalaccountwithin 1 (one) workingday;

The maximumallowablewaitingtimeforthedeliveryof a packageofdocumentsis 20 (twenty) minutes.

The maximumallowableservicetimeoftheservicerecipientis 20 (twenty) minutes.

The formofprovidingtheresultoftheprovisionofpublicservices: paper, electronicwhen a certificateofstateregistrationof a civilstatusactissentor a reasonedrefusalwhensubmittinganapplicationthroughtheportal.

The amountofpaymentchargedtotheservicerecipientfortheprovisionofpublicservices, andthemethodsofitscollectionincasesprovidedforbythelegislationofthe Republic of Kazakhstan

Restorationisfreeofcharge;

fortheissuanceofcertificatesinconnectionwiththerestorationofcivilstatusrecords - 0.5 MCI;

Theyareexemptfrompayingthestatefeefortheregistrationofactsofcivilstatusuponpresentationofsupportingdocuments:

1) participantsandinvalidsofthe Great Patriotic War andpersonsequatedtothembybenefitsandguarantees, personsawardedordersandmedalsoftheformer USSR forselflessworkandimpeccablemilitaryserviceintherearduringthe Great Patriotic War, personswhoworked (served) atleastsixmonthsfromJune 22, 1941 toMay 9, 1945 andnotawardedwithordersandmedalsoftheformer USSR forselflessworkandimpeccablemilitaryserviceintherearduringthe Great Patriotic War, disabledpeople, aswellasoneoftheparentsof a disabledpersonfromchildhood, a disabledchild, guardians (trustees), stateorganizations - forregistrationandissuanceofrepeatedbirthcertificates;

2) individuals - forissuing

Work schedule

1) serviceprovider - fromMondaytoFridayinclusivefrom 09.00 to 17.30 hours, breakfrom 13.00 to 14.30 hours, exceptweekendsandholidays.

The publicserviceisprovidedon a first-come, first-servedbasis, withoutpriorappointmentandacceleratedservice;

2) State Corporation - fromMondaytoSaturdayinclusive, inaccordancewiththeestablishedworkschedulefrom 9-00 to 20-00 hourswithoutlunchbreak, exceptSundaysandholidays, accordingtolaborlegislation.

Receptioniscarriedoutintheorderofan "electronic" queue, withoutacceleratedservice, itispossibletobookanelectronicqueuethroughtheportal;

3) theportalisopenaroundtheclock, exceptfortechnicalbreaksrelatedtorepairwork (whentheservicerecipientappliesaftertheendofworkinghours, onweekendsandholidays, theapplicationisacceptedandtheresultoftheprovisionofpublicservicesisissuedonthenextworkingday).

List ofdocumentsrequiredfortheprovisionofpublicservices

1) anapplicationfortherestorationoftheactrecord (hereinafterreferredtoastheapplication) inaccordancewithAnnex 28, 30 oftheRules;

2) identitydocument (foridentification);

3) anautobiographywith a detailedindicationofthedataoftheservicerecipientandhiscloserelatives (parents, children, brothersandsisters);

4) a copyoftheemploymentrecord, oranotherdocumentaccordingtotheLabor Code ofthe Republic of Kazakhstan confirmingemployment, iftheservicerecipientis a student - a certificatefromtheplaceofstudyindicatingthedateandplaceofbirth (ifavailable);

5) a copyofthemilitary ID, iftheservicerecipientisliableformilitaryservice (ifavailable);

6) twophotosoftheservicerecipientinthesizeof 3 * 4 cm;

7) a documentconfirmingthepaymentofthestatefeetothebudgetor a copyofthedocumentthatisthebasisforgrantingtaxbenefits.

Additionally, copiesofcertificatesofregistrationofactsofcivilstatusproducedoutsidethe Republic of Kazakhstan aresubmitted:

8) certificatesofmarriage (matrimony), ifmarried (matrimony);

9) birthcertificatesofchildren, ifany;

10) a documentcertifyingtheidentityoftheparents (foridentification) or a certificateofthedeathoftheparents, a certificateofthemarriageoftheparents (ifany);

11) a notarizedpowerofattorney, iftherepresentativeoftheservicerecipientapplies;

12) a copyofthepensioncertificate, iftheservicerecipientis a pensioner.

Whenrendering a publicserviceonthebasisof a courtdecisionthathasenteredintolegalforce, theservicerecipientisprovidedwith:

1) anapplicationfortherestorationofanactrecordonthebasisof a courtdecisionintheformaccordingtoAnnex 26 totheRules;

2) identitycardoftheservicerecipient (foridentification);

3) informationaboutthecourtdecisionontherestorationoftheactrecord, whichhasenteredintolegalforce, indicatingtheplaceandtimeofstateregistration.

Personswhohavereturnedtotheirhistoricalhomelandareadditionallypresentedwithdocumentsissuedbytheinternalaffairsbodiesonlegalentryintothe Republic of Kazakhstan andtheirapplicationforcitizenshipofthe Republic of Kazakhstan.

To restorecivilstatusrecords, theservicerecipientpresentsdocumentsconfirmingtheinformationnecessaryfortherestorationofcivilstatusrecords (certificatefromtheplaceofworkorstudy, educationdocuments, certificatesfromstatearchives).

Groundsforrefusaltoprovidepublicservicesestablishedbythelegislationofthe Republic of Kazakhstan

1) establishingtheunreliabilityofthedocumentssubmittedbytheservicerecipientforreceivingthestateservice, and (or) thedata (information) containedtherein;

2) non-complianceoftheservicerecipientand (or) thesubmittedmaterials, dataandinformationnecessaryfortheprovisionofpublicserviceswiththerequirementsofthe Code ofthe Republic of Kazakhstan "On Marriage (Matrimony) andfamily", theLawsofthe Republic of Kazakhstan "ON identitydocuments" and "ON nationalregistersofidentificationnumbers".

The lawsofthe Republic of Kazakhstan mayestablishothergroundsforrefusaltoprovidepublicservices.

Otherrequirements, takingintoaccountthespecificsoftheprovisionofpublicservices, includingthoseprovidedinelectronicformandthrough a State Corporation

Customerswithinthemannerprescribedbylawfullorpartiallossoftheabilityorcapacitytoexerciseself, tomoveindependently, tofocus, documentsacceptanceforrenderingthestateserviceisperformedbyanemployeeofthe State Corporation withdepartureattheplaceofresidencebyapplyingthrough a Single contactcenter 1414, 8 800 080 777.

Service recipienthas a possibilityofreceiptofthestateserviceelectronicallythroughtheportal, subjecttotheavailabilityofthe EDS.

The servicerecipienthastheopportunitytoreceiveinformationabouttheprocedureandstatusoftheprovisionofpublicservicesinremoteaccessmodethroughtheportal's "personalaccount", theserviceprovider'shelpservices, aswellasthe Unified Contact Center "1414", 8-800-080-7777.
