Service recipienthas a possibilityofreceiptofthestateserviceelectronicallythroughtheportal, subjecttotheavailabilityofthe EDS. The servicerecipienthastheopportunitytoreceiveinformationabouttheprocedureandstatusoftheprovisionofpublicservicesinremoteaccessmodethroughtheportal's "personalaccount", theserviceprovider'shelpservices, aswellasthe Unified Contact Center "1414", 8-800-080-7777. |
