For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 №148 "About local government and self-government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and from December 4, 2008 № 95-IV according to Article 73-I of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the budget of rural district for 2021-2023 In accordance with the rules of holding a meeting of the local community and the quantitative composition of the population, a meeting of the Orlik rural district was held today to develop and submit to the local authority for planning the district.

Members of the local community were invited to the meeting. The total number of members of the meeting - 30, the number of members present at the meeting - 21.

The meeting is legal.

It was proposed to elect Sisatov Serik Gabdygaparovich as the chairman of the community meeting.

It was proposed to elect the secretary of the community meeting - Dauletova Zhansaya.

There were no other suggestions.

"Supported" - 21 people.

"Against", "Abstained" - no.

Unanimously, Sisatov Serik Gabdygaparovich was elected chairman of the community meeting and Dauletova Zhansaya was elected secretary of the community meeting.

  1. 124003015. Rendering of social help to needy citizens at home - 200,0 thousand tenges; Social workers will need additional funds due to the increase in salaries by 1.5% from January 1, 2021.
  2. 124008015. Street lighting in settlements - 271.0 thousand tenge;

Electricity due to the increase in street lighting in the district

due to increasing demand, additional funds will be required at the beginning of the year;

  1. 124022015. Capital expenditures of the state body - 688.0 thousand tenge;

In accordance with the instructions of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the implementation of the project "Unified Register of Administrative Proceedings" is due to the increase in the number of tablets, routers and thermoprinters requires funds to purchase a laptop for accounting services;

  1. 124001048. Return of unused (incompletely used) targeted transfers - 6.0 thousand tenge. To return the remaining funds from the republican budget in 2020 at the end of the year.
  2. 124053015. Management of municipal property of the city of regional value, the village, the settlement, the rural district - 240,0 thousand tenges;

In 2020, the revaluation of the overhauled administrative building will require additional funds provided at the beginning of the year.

  1. Nasyrov - head of the farm "Aral". The constant lighting of street lights is related to taxes on the rural budget. Therefore, it is very important for the village to pay taxes on time.
