Report on the types of public services provided by the state institution "Akim's office of the Orlik rural district" for 2020

 

Developed on the basis of the Order of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning  No. 193 of June 25, 2013 "On approval of the Rules for the formation of a report on the activities of central state bodies, local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts, cities of regional significance, akims of districts in the city, cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts on the provision of public services and its standard form.

On the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2013 No. 983 "On approval of the register of public services" State Institution "Akim's Office of the Orlik  rural district" provides 4 types of public services:

1. Enrollment of preschool children (up to 7 years old) for referral to preschool organizations.
2. Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a settlement.
3. Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot.
4. Registration in the queue for receiving a land plot.

During the reporting period, the akim's office provided 31 services.

1. Enrollment of preschool children (up to 7 years old) for referral to preschool organizations- 18.
2. Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a settlement-11.
3. Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot-3.
4. Registration in the queue for receiving a land plot- 0.
   All services were rendered free of charge. There was no violation of the terms of the provision of services. A box was installed in a specially designated place in the building for accepting applications and opinions of service recipients. By the end of 2020, there were no applications or complaints from service recipients. the established standards and regulations for receiving public services and the procedure for their provision. 10 explanatory measures were taken to improve the quality of public services.

There were no refusals to provide public services to the service recipient, facts of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the provision of public services, violation of the terms of consideration, no complaints were received about the quality of its provision.
