Dear residents of the village of Orlik!

In order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001, No. 148 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in accordance with article 73 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2008, № 95-IV, to form the rural district budget for 2019-2021 years and submitted to the local authorized body in the planning area in accordance with the rules of the meeting of the local community and the number of representatives held a meeting in the village of Orlik.

Members of the local community were invited to the meeting.

The total number of residents of the village who have the right to vote is 30 people, the number of people who took part in the gathering is 19 people.

The gathering is legal.

The Chairman of the Assembly was elected Sistov S.

The necessary funds for the following expenses are presented:

1. Services to ensure the activities of the akim of the city of district significance, village, rural district – 39,906. 0 thousand tenge.
2. Ensuring the functioning of highways in cities of regional significance, towns, villages, rural districts – 300.0 thousand tenge
3. Support of cultural and leisure work at the local level – 15 640,0 thousand tenge
4. Street lighting services in settlements – 4,013. 0 thousand tenge
5. Carrying out sanitary cleaning of settlements – 500,0 thousand tenge
6. Landscaping and landscaping of settlements – 1,000,0 thousand tenge
7. Social assistance and social security, provision of social assistance to needy citizens at home – 3,617. 0 thousand tenge
8. Management of municipal property of the city of district significance, village, settlement, rural district – 200,0 thousand tenge
