In order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No. 148 "On Local government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in accordance with Article 73-I of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 No. 95-IV for the formation of the budget of the rural district for 2019-2021 and submission to the local authorized body for district planning, in accordance with the rules of holding a local community meeting and the number of representatives, members of the local community were invited to the meeting.

The total number of members of the village community who have the right to vote is 32 people, the number of those who came to the meeting is 21 people.

The set is legal.

Khassanov Olzhas invited to elect the Chairman of the meeting community.
