On amendments to the decision of the district maslikhat No. 447-VI of December 23, 2020 "About the district budget for the years 2021-2023»

 

 

In accordance with Article 109 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and having considered the proposal of the district akimat to clarify the district budget for 2021-2023, the Inder district Maslikhat of the VI convocation at the _ _ _ session DECIDED:

1.Make the following changes to the decision of the district maslikhat No. 447-VI of December 23, 2020 "On the District Budget for 2021-2023" (registered in the register of state Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4850, published on December 29, 2020 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) :

in subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1:

the figures "10 041 570" to be replaced with the numbers "10 203 260»;

in line 4, subparagraph 6), paragraph 1:

replace the digits " 0 "with the digits"161,690".

  1. Annex 1 of the said decision shall be redrafted in accordance with the annex to this decision.
  2. Control over the implementation of this decision should be entrusted to the permanent commission of the district maslikhat on the development of the economy, budget, finance, small and medium-sized businesses, agriculture (M. Ilyas).
  3. This decision will enter into force on January 1, 2021.
