Information on the provision of public services for 2020, according to the Inder district department of employment, social programs and civil registration
The report is based on the application №2 to the Order of the Minister of economy and budget planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June 25, 2013 №193 "On approval of Rules of forming and reporting activities of Central government bodies, local Executive bodies of oblasts, cities of Republican significance, capital, districts, cities of regional status, akims of districts, cities of regional value, settlements, villages, rural districts on the provision of public services and its typical forms."
Local executive bodies provide public services in accordance with the Register of Public Services approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 of September 18, 2013. The provision of services is carried out at the levels of district departments, the office of the akim of the village, rural districts.
In 2020, according to the 25 register, 10170 public services were provided, of which 5 were provided in paper form, 110 in alternative form, 6272 through information systems, 2718 were provided through PSC, and 1065 services were provided in electronic form.
In 2020, local executive bodies were not allowed to violate the terms of providing public services.
Public services provided by local executive bodies in accordance with the standard and regulations are provided to the service recipient through the PSC, e-government in a timely manner.
Of the 25 public services provided, 20 are provided free of charge, 5 on a paid basis.
For the convenience of receiving public services to the population in state bodies, public services are provided in premises equipped with inventory, equipped with information stands, and conditions are also provided for servicing service recipients with disabilities.
In 2020, there were no complaints or appeals regarding the provision of public services.
On the territory of the Inder district, there is 1 public service center - the PSC department. The mobile group" Mobile PSC " together with PSC employees organized a meeting with vulnerable segments of the population on explaining amendments to regulatory legal acts 6 times.

In 2020, the working group together with the Public Service Center in the district conducted explanatory work and provided advisory assistance on the provision of public services by local executive bodies.
Also, in the Nur Otan building, a meeting with disabled people was held, where explanations were given on the provision of public services, the designated activities for the IPR will be provided through the Social Portal, as well as a meeting with TSA recipients was held in the ABC building, where the topic of guaranteed social package was discussed.
In the building of the Borat club, a meeting with low-income families was organized to explain the state targeted social assistance of the new format.
Services provided through the PSC are automated and provided in electronic format. Popularization of the portal "E-Government", "E-Akimat"has been activated.
We are constantly working on information support for the development of "E-government". In the media published articles: «Дайын куәлік поштамен жеткізіледі», «Текті өзгерту тетігі», «281 бала кепілді төлеммен қамтылды». As well as in the Facebook pages, explanations are given on the provision of public services
On the pages of the district newspaper "Dender" information modules about the possibility of obtaining various types of services through the portal are regularly published e.gov.kz.
