Analytical information "On the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks" of the state institution "Department of education of Inder district" in 2020
State Institution "Indersky District Education Department" in accordance with Article 7-8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and the order of the Minister for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 "On Approval of the Model Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks" internal analysis of corruption risks for 2020.
In accordance with the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption dated December 8, 2016 No. 78 "On approval of the Rules for state control over the quality of public services", analytical information was carried out based on the results of an internal analysis of cooperation risks in the department.
In the department, the number of civil servants is 4 (the head of the education department, 1 deputy head of the department and 2 chief specialists, 9 methodologists (1 head of the cabinet method, 8 methodologists).
The department of education includes 15 schools and 3 institutions of additional education. There were no complaints from government officials.
In the department, a box for complaints-applications of citizens was installed in a prominent place of institutions, a helpline was installed at 2-00-97.
During the reporting period, no risk of corruption was identified in the "District Education Department". On the part of civil servants of the department, no violation of the law and no offense was revealed.
The timely submission of the declaration of income and tax assets of all civil servants and their family members was ensured.
The department constantly monitors the strict observance of the norms and requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Service" and "On Corruption" of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Code of Honor of Civil Servants (rules of official ethics of civil servants), in order to comply with these requirements and strengthen the sense of responsibility employees were familiarized with the norms of ethics when talking by phones, explanatory work is underway to prevent uncontrolled telephone conversations between educators both at work and in public places and materials that undermine the ethical standards of social networks (facebook, mail.ru, Instagram, VK) and disclosure of information, which negatively affect the image of education workers is carried out on a regular basis. Work is underway to ensure strict compliance with the non-introduction of mobile devices with Internet access, photos, videos, signed by employees into government institutions.
In the department, in accordance with the register of public services, for 2020 there were no facts of violations of the terms for 24 types of public services.
In total, 53 appeals were received by the department in 2020. All applications received by the department are answered on time.
At the same time, hot lines are operating in all educational institutions.
