Information about government services rendered by the Inder district education department for 2020 year
The report was drawn up in accordance with Appendix No. 2, approved by order of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 25, 2013 No. 193 "On approval of the Rules for the formation and submission of reports on the activities of central state bodies, local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts , cities of regional significance, akims of districts in the city, cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts on the provision of public services and its standard form "and implemented in accordance with the register of public services of local executive bodies, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2013 No. 983 Inderskoye district education department and educational organizations.
During 2020, the fact of delay in the provision of public services was not registered.
Public services provided through local government bodies are prepared in accordance with the standard and regulations and are provided to the service recipient in a timely manner through the PSC.
Indersky District Education Department provides 24 types of public services.
In 2020, 2903 services were provided on 24 types of public services, including 1148 (39.5%) in paper form, 111 (3.8%) through the PSC, 1644 (56.6%) in electronic form.
On an ongoing basis, explanatory work is carried out among the population about the possibility of obtaining public services through the web portal of "electronic government" and through the state corporation "Government for Citizens".
In the buildings of the Indersky district department of education and educational organizations for servicing the population of the branch of the non-profit joint-stock company State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the Atyrau region, boxes for complaints and reviews are placed for service recipients.
In 2020, there were no complaints and applications from the service recipients.
