Due to difficulties in obtaining medical certificates, citizens are allowed to temporarily not submit them when submitting documents for admission to educational organizations.
In order to ensure the safety of citizens and taking into account the difficulties encountered in obtaining medical certificates of health, the Minister of Education and Science signed an order temporarily authorizing the admission of documents to educational organizations (kindergartens, schools, colleges, universities) without the presentation of certificates.
In the mandatory field for securing medical certificates in the Egov e-government portal.kz an additional function will be enabled to provide a certificate at a later date, for those who, due to circumstances beyond their control, will not be able to receive it. Children will be enrolled in educational organizations without these documents conditionally before passing the examination.
