Become a broker in Kazakhstan
A broker is any company or individual that provides intermediary services. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, ordinary citizens cannot independently access the stock exchange and manage securities. This is done through a licensed broker.

To obtain a license, the applicant must meet the following qualification requirements::
* Availability of a business plan;
•carry out activities on the securities market; * availability of software and technical means;
* availability of an organizational structure;
* availability of the applicant's regulations on the Internal Audit Service.

To obtain a license, the applicant submits to the National Bank the documents defined by the rules for issuing a list. The National Bank, having considered the documents and confirmed the application, issues a license no later than 30 days from the date of submission of the documents.
