According to paragraph 5 of article 8 Of the law «About counteraction corruption» dated November 18, 2015 and the order №12 of November 19, 2016 Chairman of the Agency for Foreign Affairs Public Service and anti-corruption measures, internal audit conducted analysis of corruption cases risks in the GU «Akim's apparatus of Koktogay rural district» for the year 2020 according to The rules of the event internal analysis of corruption risks.
Internal analysis anti-corruption measures corruption was conducted by riod from January 13 to 15 2020.
During the analysis the following were covered directions, as a definition risks of corruption in the regulatory framework-legal acts, regulating work office of the akim of the rural district, personnel management, resolving conflicts sides', provision of public services, as well as other problems, arising in the course of the implementation of the organizational -management functions.

І. To identify corruption risks in the publication of normative legal acts:
In Akim's apparatus of Koktogay rural district for 2020 it was adopted by the akim of the district- 41 decisions and 78 orders. On the part of the judicial authorities of any there were no proposals or protests on this issue.

In Akim's apparatus of Koktogay rural district for the year 2020, it was conducted analysis of the number of personnel, full-time and vacant positions. Based on the analysis results in the office of the district akim there are 6 staff units. Today, the actual number of the number of civil servants is 6 people. By the order of akim of the rural district Kostovicova No. 19-р of April 29, 2019 approved qualification requirements for administrative government positions. All government employees meet the established qualification requirements.
