Report on the types of public services provided by the GA"Akim's Office of the Eltai Rural District" for 2020 year

 

  Developed on the basis of the Order of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning No. 193 of June 25, 2013 "On approval of the Rules for the formation of a report on the activities of central state bodies, local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts, cities of regional significance, akims of districts in the city , cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts on the provision of public services and its standard form. "

  Based on the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18 2013 № 983 "On approval of the register of public services" State Institution "Akim's Office of the Eltai rural district" provides 5 types of public services:

1. Enrollment of children of preschool age (up to 7 years old) for referral to preschool organizations.
2. Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a settlement.
3. Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot.
4. Provision of free transportation to general educational organizations and back home for children living in remote rural areas.
5. Queuing up to receive a land plot.

 During the reporting period, the akim's office provided 100 services.

1. Enrollment of children of preschool age (up to 7 years old) for referral to preschool organizations - 49.
2. Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a settlement -19.
3. Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot - 5.
4. Provision of free transportation to educational organizations and back home for children living in remote rural areas - 0.
5. Queuing up to receive a land plot - 27.

   All services are provided free of charge. There was no violation of the terms for the provision of services. In a specially designated place in the building, a box is installed for accepting statements and opinions of service recipients. At the end of 2020, there were no applications or complaints from service recipients. For the attention of service recipients, an information stand has been installed in the building about the established standards and regulations for receiving public services and the procedure for their provision. 9 outreach activities were carried out to improve the quality of public services.

  Refusals to provide public services to the service recipient, facts of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the provision of public services, violation of the terms of consideration were not registered, there were no complaints about the quality of its provision.
