Report on the types of public services provided by the department of agriculture in the Inder district for 2020
Developed on the basis of the Order of the Minister of economy and budget planning No. 193 of June 25, 2013 "On approval of Rules of formation a report on the activities of Central government bodies, local Executive bodies of oblasts, cities of Republican significance, capital, districts, cities of regional status, akims of districts, cities of regional value, settlements, villages, rural districts on the provision of public services and its typical forms."

Public services provided in the department are carried out through regulatory legal acts on the basis of the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2020 No. 257 "On Approval of Standards of Public services in the field of technical Inspection»
1) " Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles issue of certificates»;
2) " Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles of the registration document (duplicate) and the state license plate;
3) " Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers to them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, trailers to them, self-propelled agricultural, land reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles state registration of the pledge»;
4) " Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers to them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, trailers to them, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles conducting an annual state technical inspection»;
During the reporting period, 150 services were provided for the Department of Agriculture
1) "Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles issuance of certificates" 74 (in electronic form);
2) "Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles of the registration document (duplicate) and the state license plate" 55 (in electronic form);
3) "Tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers to them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, trailers to them, self-propelled agricultural, land reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles state registration of pledge" 0 ;
4) "Tractors and manufactured on their basis self-propelled chassis and mechanisms, trailers thereto, including trailers with mounted special equipment, trailers, self-propelled agricultural, ameliorative and road-building machines and mechanisms, and also special cars of the raised passableness annual state technical inspection" 21 (in electronic form)
In the field of thinspace of the agriculture Department all services are provided electronically. There was no violation of the terms of service provision.
In a specially designated place in the department, there is a box for accepting applications and opinions of service recipients. At the end of 2020, there were no applications or complaints from service recipients. For the attention of service recipients, an information stand on the established standards and regulations for receiving public services and the procedure for their provision is installed in the building of agriculture.
In order to promote, familiarize and explain public services, 3 articles were published in the local newspaper.
Refusals to provide public services to the service recipient, violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the provision of public services, violations of the terms of consideration were not registered, complaints about the quality of its provision were not received.
