On the basis of articles 7-8 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on combating corruption" and the Order of the chairman of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 "on approval of standard rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks", the Department of Housing and communal services, Passenger Transport, Highways and housing inspection of the Inder district provides the following information::
The Department of Housing and communal services, Passenger Transport, Highways and housing inspection of Inder district carries out its activities in accordance with the regulations of the state institution "Department of Housing and communal services, Passenger Transport, Highways and housing inspection of Inder district", approved by the resolution of the akimat of Inder District No. 332 dated December 29, 2017. In accordance with the Order of the chairman of the agency for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption dated December 8, 2016 No. 78 "on approval of the rules for quality control of Public Services", an internal analysis of the results of internal control over the quality of public services rendered in 2020 was carried out in the state institution of the Department of Housing and communal services, Passenger Transport, Highways and housing inspection of the Inder district. The full-time number of civil servants of the state institution of the Department of Housing and communal services, Passenger Transport, Highways and housing inspection of the indersky district is 4 units, of which the actual number is 4 units.
In particular, there are 1 manager and 3 Chief specialists. Head of the Department of Housing and communal services, Passenger Transport, Highways and housing inspection Imangaziyev Bauyrzhan Yeskabylovich and chief specialists of the Department Gabbasov Sh., Kuanysheva L. and Halykova A. held their positions. All civil servants are sent on annual leave in a timely manner.
There were no conflicts of interest, disagreements between the manager and employees in the direction of" identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the Department". Employees of the department work on a permanent basis, as well as no violations of the accepted restrictions and prohibitions against corruption were detected. When conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks, the department had 1 head and 3 Chief specialists. No complaints were received from civil servants.
Types of public services provided by the Department:
1.in total, 476 public services were rendered in 2020 on the basis of "registration and queuing of citizens in need of housing from the State Housing Fund or housing rented by a local executive body from the private housing fund, as well as the decision of local executive bodies to provide housing".
2.in 2020, no applications were received from service recipients for" issuing a certificate to citizens in need of housing from the housing stock of a state enterprise or state institution on the presence (absence) of housing provided from the municipal housing stock in permanent use or housing rented by a local executive body from the private housing stock".
3.in 2020, the state service" issuance of a passport of readiness to work in the autumn-winter period to energy-producing and energy-transmitting organizations " was provided to 71 objects.
5.in 2020, 12 applications and appeals from legal entities and individuals were received and responded in a timely manner.
The local publication regularly publishes articles related to the Department's activities.
Boxes for citizens ' complaints are installed in a prominent place in the institution.
Special stands for public services provided in the Department have been created and hung in the corridors of the PSC and the building. Memos and helplines have been posted in the building to create an atmosphere of "zero tolerance" against corruption.
Banners and billboards were installed. During the reporting period, no corruption risks were identified in the activities of the Department of Housing and communal services, Passenger Transport, Highways and housing inspection of the Inder district, and no corruption offenses were committed on the part of employees.
